  • 750 g
    Almond strips
  • 150 g
    icing sugar
  • 90 g
    egg white

Preparation: Christmas Rocher Tree

Method
1 Coat almond strips with egg white and icing sugar evenly.
2 Bake at 180°c until golden brown.
3 Divide roasted almond strips into 3 portion.
4 Coat baked nuts with melted Van Houten Professional Signature Compound.
5 Mould into different round shape and leave to set.
6 Stack the coated nuts by piping some melted Van Houten Professional Signature Compound to stick each layers.
