Ingredients: Chocolate Lotus Cookie

    All purpose flour
  • 0.2 oz
    Espresso
  • 0.1 oz
    salt
  • 5.6 oz
    brown sugar
  • 4.0 oz
    VHP Dark Chocolate 70%
  • 1.4 oz
    VHP Cocoa Powder
  • 0.2 oz
    baking powder
  • 1.4 oz
    Butter unsalted
  • 1.8 oz
    eggs
  • 0.4 oz
    milk
  • 10.6 oz
    Lotus Biscoff crumbs
  • 8.8 oz
    icing sugar

Preparation: Chocolate Lotus Cookie

Method
1 Cream butter, salt and brown sugar.
2 Add eggs and mix well. Fold in flour, cocoa powder and
baking powder.
3 Pour milk and espresso to the mixture. Last, add in melted chocolate.
4 Leave dough to rest in the chiller for about 1 hour.
5 Roll cookie dough into small balls and coat with lotus crumbs.
6 Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 12 minutes.
